WHY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT?
Professional Development must be targeted based on a need to improve job performance. To that end, the State of Florida adopted a Professional Development Protocol framework to ensure that professional development is aligned with student needs.
Your task, when determining which workshops to request, is to consider the following. You will be asked these questions at the conclusion of each workshop taken at FDLRS/Westgate:
